We offer a curated, high-performance schedule entirely focused on strength and resistance training. Our lineup features dynamic Reformer group classes, challenging Mat sessions, and exclusive Private Cadillac experiences for tailored, one-on-one instruction.Yes! All our classes are all-levels. PILATESX will have experienced instructors who will cue members through exercises tailored to their level so you feel challenged and supported no matter where you’re starting.
What will your hours be?

We will have morning classes 6am-1pm /4pm-8pm weekdays and 7am-12pm weekends. If we receive requests to have other times e.g 2pm, we are open to accommodating.Yes, you can do Pilates while pregnant. Is it safe, low-impact exercise that helps build core strength, prevent back pain, and prepare your body for labor. However, you must get your doctor’s approval first and use specific modifications as your pregnancy progresses like avoiding the first trimester and lying on your back. 3
Can I do Pilates pregnant?
Yes, our class packs do have expiration dates to help keep you on track with your routine! The 20-pack is good for 12 months, and our 10 and 8-packs expire after 6 months.4
Do class packs expire?
At this time we don't, but we will consider in the future. 5
Will you have trial classes?

Will my membership start right away?
You will be charged the early access price to lock in at the discounted rate. Recurring membership will not activate until we open.
